Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange Regional Exploration

Part two of the 2008 Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange is the Regional Exploration, which was held on June 4, 5, and 6 at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's L.E.E.D. Gold-Certified Southeast Regional Headquarters in Norristown, PA (download PDF file about the building).

The goal of this program was to deepen Leadership Exchange participants' understanding of Greater Philadelphia's own strengths and challenges, in preparation for their visit to Metro Atlanta. These interactive, half-day sessions centered on a case study about a fictional company (Emerald Energy) moving to Norristown and the potential implications for community redevelopment, workforce development, and regional equity.
