Seeing What Comes Next
One of the Summit's signature features was the PAGE Look-Aheads, led by Tia Maverick. The presentation gave attendees a forward-looking view of projects and opportunities on the horizon and helped businesses think strategically about where future work may emerge and how to prepare to compete for it.
Maverick highlighted how PAGE and SupplyPHL are giving local businesses greater visibility into upcoming procurement opportunities, while more intentionally matching qualified firms with buyers and tracking contract size, timelines, follow-up, and outcomes.

The main conversation brought together leaders working at the intersection of development, infrastructure, investment, and economic growth: Jodie Harris, President of PIDC; Mia Fioravanti, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at HRP Group / The Bellwether District; Phil Laws, Chief Operating Officer of Comcast Spectacor; and Lily Reynolds, AICP, Director of Federal Infrastructure Strategy for the City of Philadelphia's Office of Transportation & Infrastructure Systems.
Together, the panel explored the forces reshaping Philadelphia's built environment and what major investments and developments mean for businesses, workers, neighborhoods, and the region's future.
