Tiara Brown serves as the Operations and Events Manager at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, where she leads the planning and execution of strategic convenings that bring together leaders across business, government, philanthropy, labor, and community to advance inclusive economic growth throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
In her role, Tiara manages event strategy and production, organizational operations, CRM and registration management, vendor and venue coordination, stakeholder engagement, and speaker and VIP logistics. She supports major Economy League initiatives including Philadelphia Anchors for Growth and Equity (PAGE) and the Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange (GPLEX), while also coordinating executive and Board of Directors convenings.
Her Economy League event portfolio includes PAGE Summits and Real Estate & Construction Summits, GPLEX programming, Impact Labs’ Fair City Challenge events, the Economy League’s 115th “Anti” Gala, and other civic and economic development programs throughout Philadelphia. She also serves on the Economy League’s Engagement Committee, supporting efforts to strengthen board participation, onboarding, and collaboration.
Outside of the Economy League, Tiara is an entrepreneur, event curator, and executive producer. She has produced and curated film screenings, conversations, and creative programming in partnership with organizations across Philadelphia, including Fitler Club and the Philadelphia Film Society.
Tiara also serves on the Board of the ECO Foundation and is a member of the Young Executives Committee at the Pyramid Club of Philadelphia
