Join Maternity Care Coalition, She Can Win, and community advocate and Economy League Board Member Tiffany Newmuis for She Breathes Life, a virtual yoga and guided meditation class led by yoga and meditation instructor Leslee Frye. This event will unite and encourage women of all ages and backgrounds to honor themselves and the life they give while supporting Maternity Care Coalition’s work with families impacted by racial and social inequities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Get ready to transform your home into a yoga studio for an hour-long session of togetherness, relaxation, and meditation.

She Breathes Life will be held on April 17, 2021, to coincide with Black Maternal Health Week, an initiative founded by the Black Mamas Matter Alliance designed to further advance health equity among racial and ethnic minorities.
