Ziqi is an Analyst with ELGP’s Research & Analytics division and previously served as a Research Fellow. She has completed a master’s degree in Social Policy and Data Analytics at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BS in Finance and Business Analytics from Babson College. Her work sits at the intersection of data analytics and applied research, translating complex administrative and community data into clear, decision-ready insights—especially on how structural inequities show up in outcomes and systems. She is particularly passionate about advancing opportunity for returning citizens and addressing structural injustice through rigorous, equity-centered analysis.
