Meg Niman lives in the Philadelphia region and has been focused on driving innovation and impact since relocating in 2018. With a career that spans education, technology, and strategic consulting, she brings a versatile approach to leadership and problem solving.

Meg currently leads Impact Labs and the strategic planning initiative at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia. Her career began in the classroom through Teach For America, an experience that continues to inform her work facilitating workshops and guiding strategy. She then spent nearly two decades in user experience and product development, with roles at Leapfrog, Fitbit, Xbox, and Microsoft, as well as consulting on emerging technologies like VR and autonomous vehicles.

Meg is committed to helping individuals and organizations operate at their highest potential. As an independent consultant, she builds partnerships with mission-driven teams, most recently through her work with The Persona Project and TCBMe, the 2023 Impact Labs Well City Challenge Grand Prize winner.

In her downtime, Meg enjoys public speaking, exploring behavioral science, and engaging with creative communities. She holds a BA in Cognitive Science from Wellesley College.
