Siqi (Daisy) Dai is a Research Fellow at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, where she supports research and data analysis across a range of policy areas, with a particular focus on housing, returning citizens, and economic equity. She recently earned her Master of Science in Social Policy and Data Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.
In previous projects, Daisy developed interactive Shiny applications to visualize neighborhood-level disparities across Philadelphia, including transit access, income levels, racial composition, and home values by ZIP code. She has also contributed to initiatives supporting returning citizens, using data to inform reentry policies and identify systemic barriers to successful reintegration. Daisy is passionate about using data-driven insights to advance equitable, cross-sector solutions that address deep-rooted challenges in urban communities.
